I placed a full cbb card (tailing kid with small ml plays on his dogs). Went through the confirmation. Just checked my account and all the plays are not there. I got the confirmation. What a crock:shrug: :shrug:

Thanks IE. I just got off the phone with them. They told me their IT dept that could track something like that was gone. I asked her to have someone call me in the morning and was told "we usually don't call people back, you'll have to call back tomorrow"

Trust me, nobody manually handles your bets. You placed your bets with a computer and unless you copied the confirmation ticket number, I doubt they can do anything about it.

If you, in fact, got a confirmation, they will be able to track it and find out what happened.

Did you have other bets that were all placed at the same time? Were these bets you are talking about placed all at the same time? Could you send me the time you placed the bets, it might help them track them.

You talked to a minimum wage night shift clerk that probably isn't allowed to make phone calls. I guarantee you will hear from somebody today.

I have emailed my contacts there and I will probably hear back from them late morning, early afternoon.

I'll find out what happened.

sorry Jack, didn't see this until after I responded to your email. I didn't write down the confirmation number, I honestly didn't think I'd have to when I saw it drop the available funds. I placed the bets a few minutes before 18:00 central time.

I placed a bet on nbakid's total play at the same time @5d (because wagerweb didn't offer a line on that total) and had no issues at all.

I realize nothing will come of it, thanks for taking the time to contact them on my behalf. I am a tiny player, the mortgage wasn't riding-just frustrating:toast:
