You guys need an education regarding this piece of meat right here. That will literally melt in your mouth like butter, there is so much marbling on that sucker that if you threw it on a grill the thing would melt away quickly. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm:0074:toast:

That's because, just like butter, that beef is mosty fat.
