On 3rd and 1, on the last play before the 2 minute warning Philly ran a screen pass and gained 16 yards. Refs called offensive pass interference on the WR. The ball was thrown behind the line you idiots!! Its a screen pass, its legal. Not a pick play, a screen pass. Here is the bigger question, how does the Philly coaching staff not go bat shit crazy on that call or at least question it during the 2 minute time out?? WTF?

You can't block before the pass is completed. It wasn't a pick play scenario.

I know, but the ball was thrown behind the LOS, hell, if that was true they should have flagged the 2 offensive linemen that were downfield blocking before the pass was thrown also

Unless that's a NFL only rule, you can sure as hell do it in college and high school

The linemen downfield exception on screen play is a college rule. Does not apply in NFL. So if linemen were already downfield on that screen pass, then that should have been a flag.
