Walmart Visa Prepaid card?

Has anyone used this method to deposit especially at Bet Jamaica?

Also, do i have to personalize the card or can I just put money on it and deposit it for a one time use for the NFL season.
Hopefully Bet Jamaica will have some kind of deposit bonus again.

If you know of a easier way please post.

I got mine from Waldbaums that's a supermarket and it's good for betjamaica or the greek
