Okay, so I'm a little embarassed to admit I used to do this since it's stealing, but in college when a young man is poor and wants beer then well we do what we can.

If you go pick up a case of bud lite or miller lite and bring it to the u-scan at the supermarket....don't scan the UPC on the case box. Spin one of the cans so that the UPC on the can is showing through a slot in the box and scan that....it'll charge you for a six pack and not the case. At least in chapel hill it will.

I know, I'm going to hell. But we got lotsa college hoochies shitfaced this way and I thought I'd pass on the knowledge.

Lord knows when the free starbucks coupon was on here madjack was walking around with a perpetual hard-on :142smilie

Above the Clouds....
Something we used to do.Yeah I know but it was a long time ago. When you bought something say for $12.49, you would give them the amount plus another $20. It would confuse them so much you would get the purchase price plus the $20 back. That was when they actually had to make change.

just a tip for you youngsters out there thinking of starting your own business with this thread.....

I think any theft or illegal acts involving alcohol are considered FEDERAL CRIMINAL ACTS because the feds, not the states, control those things.

That's why it's called "Alcohol, tobacco, and fire arms"

That would look good on the ol' resume 5 years later when you're sitting in that interview and you got the tie on for that airport job:com:

LMAO :mj07: :mj07: :mj07:

Coming from the biggest bunch of degnerates you guys crack me up :mj07: I guess you guys have never drank underage, or gotten behind the wheel after a few too many.

Give me a break.

That's no different then printing off starbucks or wendys coupons that have been duplicated illegally and getting a free drink every day. Or gambling online. Or smoking pot. Or.......

Two wrongs don't make a right but we all do stupid shit in our younger years. I guess I'm mature enough to admit my mistakes .

Man you guys crack me up. Suddenly everyone at MJs wear's pink panties and are the moral models of our world :142smilie

The best part is at least 10 people will try this the next time they buy beer. I know, now you guys can bust me for accessory

Ok , first you go into the store with a ice pick, then you get the case of beer, then you scan one six pack, if anyone approachs you as you leave the market, pull out the ice pick and drive it into their right ear. / Saint

PS - Since your on store surveillance maybe its best to wear a mask on the way out.

Ten Years For Stealing Beer

By TChris, Section Juvenile Offenders
Posted on Mon Dec 05, 2005 at 01:35:49 PM EST

Adam Bollenbach was 16 when he stole a six-pack of beer from an open garage. Apart from being young, he?s bipolar and suffers from ADHD. His crime merited an apology, repayment for the beer, and enough supervision to assure that he obtained treatment for his mental health problems. So why is this Florida teen serving a ten year sentence?

Months earlier, Adam had been charged as an adult for theft of a bag of potato chips from his school lunchroom. This charge was dropped, but according to the law, once charged as an adult, you cannot be charged as a juvenile.

Adam went before Circuit Judge Ric Howard who admitted that he was using Adam as a teaching tool in front of other juvenile offenders. The result was a sentence of 10 years in prison.

Adam hopes for clemency, but he?s at risk while he waits for an answer.

After a year and a half in prison, a request was sent to have Adam's case reviewed. It was denied, stating that a minimum of serving two years was required before review. Within months, Adam was stabbed in the neck with an ice pick by a fellow inmate and died.

I didn't chastise anyone you 10 year old.

Happen to know of some drivers in the liquor business that got themselves in a world of shit. Don't think I'm gonna post about it though. Just brought it up in this fantastic thread you got here.

Keep'm coming "dentist":mfpost

WTF does my profession have to do with this thread? Am I held to a different standard because of what I do, about something I did when I was 10 years younger? Man you woke up on the wrong side of the bed today. What do you think, I go to the store with my wife and have her slide the cans of beer to get a discount!? If you must know, I wouldn't touch that pisswater, I 've got much better taste than that.

I was merely reminiscing about something retarded I did in college to get beer. I thought it might bring back memories of how some had fake IDs to get beer as a kid, or paid some random guy in a convenience store parking lot, etc etc.

Thanks for the moral lesson IO :gf:

hmmm now that you mention it, I do remember this one time. I was 16 with no way of buying beer legal.

So a few guys in my crew go down to the tracks. We make a deal with this bum, to get us the beer. We give him the money and he comes out with the case. He refused to give me my change, so I hit him in the head with a crowbar, got my change, and took his wallet.

I used his ID for 5 years then I became a dentist.

nice memory . thanks saint

Deviant behavior is a fact of adolescence. Everyone , other than the gays, do something frikkin wrong when they are younger. Hell when I was in the Marine Corps I was woke up by the police knocking on the window of my Pinto because the wheels of my car were digging up the chrysanthemums in the garden in front of the porch I just fell asleep and drove into. Broke that old bitches wagon wheel that was half buried on the side of her driveway. Cops drove me back to the barracks and I had to fis her daisies. What a memory.

And I pretty much covered the whole "higher moral ground" thing in another thread.
