IMHO The best route to take would be this.
Since there is 25 million reward use that money to pay for Mercenary group (no U'S affiliation)and give them our air support.
Saw some bad a$$ Aussie mercs in my day but the last people I'd want after me were the ROKS (Koreans).They are some real bad lads.

There was a detachment of them at Chu Lai. They were always working out. ROK's that is. Very nasty dudes.
Bad asses indeed. Learned all they know from SEAL's, but get the attitude from having to defend against a neighbor who's constantly threatening to kick through the door. Ever hear about their "Tyson-like" fetish?
