was Detroit burning this morning?

Didn't see anything on the news this morning about any riots, vandalism, looting, people getting arrested.

What's the problem? People of Detroit just don't care about an NBA championship. Or perhaps they've got a some class that comes with winning.

Never been there but must have some fairly grounded sports fans there.

jimmy kimmel`s remarks(the ones that got his show taken off the air for one night)may have raised public consciousness a bit..........

he may have done the city fathers a big favor by slandering the citizen`s behavior....the city isn`t known for it`s decorum in these situations....

glad nobody got hurt...

Thanks Chainsaw we do have for the most part great fans here in Detroit, they were well behaved. The last problem we had was 1984 Tigers ( 20yrs. ago) since then we have won 3 Stanley Cups & Pistons 1989-90. I'm proud of my city & fans. Plus some respect for the Eastern Conf.
