Does anyone else like Wash St +12 in this game?

They have talent and played Stanford well in their home. I know Cal is better, but Washington St. I think stays in this game.

I'm just curious to get some of your guys' thoughts.

after my initial look i would agree that Was St should be the play but I think it will depend on who determines the pace of the game. If Was St can play their type of game then yes 12 is a ton but if Cal gets out and runs then it will be tough on Was st....Wheres our Pac 10 guys to weigh in???

Washington St. was able to go into Stanford the other day and play their game. I really think that tough loss will motivate them to play hard tonight. Clay Thompson is a stud.

Hey guys thought I would weigh in on the question at hand. Wazzou does have some talent in Thompson, but his supporting cast has been minimal at best. They are too inconsistent and when on the road against upper tier teams in the division they have lost by double digits three times. Also Wazzou has a tougher time on the backend of roadtrips, which today's game is.

Cal is the best team in the Pac-10 overall and with the exception of the UCLA game, they have been fantastic at home. The trio of Randle, Christopher, and Robertson is very tough to contain. Very few teams can, which is why they score fast and can push to huge leads. They do everything well: rebound, spread the court, fast break points, and shoot free throws exceptionally. This line might look a bit rich at first glance by records, but if you delve deeper you will see why it is where it is. My feeling is Cal is at home and can jump to huge leads fast. You couple that with the fact that the PAC-10 is a tight race this year, they only have a one game lead in the conference, and no look ahead game makes this a line that I personally would not bet against Cal. The PAC-10 might not have as many representatives make the tourney this year as in years past and I know Coach Montgomery wants to finish strong. Take this as an opinion, and if you are seeing things differently then please by all means.

Best,
Kaiser

I thought you had a chance, but once Cal gets moving it becoming an avalanche. The points feed on themselves and then the momentum gets crazy. I've seen Cal down 18 and turn around and win by 15. They are a team that can never be counted out of any game just because of their shear fire power.

Randle is something else and might be perhaps the most electric player in the PAC-10. Wazzou played well in most phases today, but bottomline they turned the ball over way too much (20 TO to Cal's 10) and the Bears got to the free throw line 11 more times. I feel for you bud and sorry the game didn't work out in your favor. Tough one to swallow. You will get it back real soon.

Best,
Kaiser

This game made me so frustrated watching. The last 5 minutes it was a tie game and I thought Washington St. could hang in it to get me the win, but they just turned the ball over and couldn't make shots.

I can't be too upset, I had a good day and lucked out on the Auburn v. Miss St. game and the Georgia game.
