Washington/NY Giants

I have studied long and hard and I am really liking these plays:

Washington +5'

Wash/ NYG OVER 46

It would appear that the Washington offense is hitting their stride nicely after a slow beginning. The 'Skins have hung up nearly 1000 yards of total offense in their last two tilts. While running it up on Houston is not a notable task, hanging 481 yards on the Jax. Jags' is quite an accomplishment.

The returning health of Portis and more familiarity
with new OC Saunders system gives a weak Giant defense many challenges today. NY has givin up nearly 31 PPG and 370 yards a game . I don't think it will get much better today.

As a side note, I'm not much of a long term trend player, but the Giants are an impressive 3-14 off the bye week.

This will be on of my largest total plays of the year.

Both qb's should have field days. Both pass defenses are among the worst in the NFL. GL

spang, i like the redskins play. but be careful before reading to much into their recent offensive play. as you mentioned, one game was against the texans. and the game against the jags... here was the jags start to the season....

very tough loss to their divisional rival indy

i don't think jacksonville had anything left in the tank to go to washington, so the 'skins did not see that jag defense at their best.

just my 2 cents. i will be on the 'skins, but won't touch the total, so i wish you the best of luck.

Thanks for the imput, certainly food for thought Smitty, but play is based primarily on my thoughts that the Gmen are a very bad defensive team.

WHAT? he is a beautiful man.

and yes, the all-new (or at least almost all-new) giants secondary definitely has not quite gelled just yet.
