So, this should be considered murder, no?
This is a great example of a no consequences for their error judicial system. If you are sentencing someone to death (or seeking that sentence) you should have to put your own freedom on the line. That's a reason I like the system in other countries where assholes that bring up frivolous lawsuits have to pay for the expenses of the defendant(s) when they lose.
