I read the first two books in the series. Not a bad storyline.
Think Under the Dome mixed with Stepford wives mixed with Jurrasic Park.

Watched a bit of it. Gave me a very "Twin Peaks"-ish feeling while watching.
If I remember to watch the 1st episode in entirety, I'll watch the rest of them.

I watched and will watch again next week. It has potential. Never saw Twin peaks but this at the end reminded me of The Dome.
