Kerry wants a government owned America

Under Kerry's plan, your tax payments on your home will serve as rent to the government. Then your estate tax will for what its worth sell your property (which you pay high taxes on) back to the government.

Under Bush's plan, you own your home and when you pass your kids can have your inheritance. You can leave something for your next generation.

As an owner in America, it is the President's hope that you become a good steward of your land. You take care of it.

As a result, you win, the environment wins, your family wins, and America wins.

Under Bush's plan Chase bank owns your home and can charge you any old interest rate they want, penalties they want, forclose on the home because the job that you had just went to India. The tax payments on your home (excuse me, trailor) do not go to the federal government but rather go fund local schools, etc.

Based on your apparent intellectual acumen, sounds like the state of Kansas property tax rate could use quite a boost.

Inheritance is the new American Dream. Freeze, obviously you didn't get the memo, but it's not an estate tax, it's a "DEATH" tax. That way it sounds more evil and you can get the majority to support it, even though it effects 3-4% of the population.

Chase Bank gives me a low low interest rate so that i can purchase a home!! We negotiate the interest rate and if i dont like it, i go to another bank.

They make money in doing so, and i help support the economy in making a wise investment.

Then I pay off my home and own it.
