Last nite at the Texas St-UL Monroe game with about 10 minutes left in the 2nd half and UL Monroe up 10 the home fans started a chant.. "we want Duke "... the entire gym was chanting except my self and Danny Kasper the coach of Texas St.. he bowed his head because he didn't want to hear that down 10 points... Now if Texas St was up 10 just maybe...anyway UL Monroe won by 3 but was up most of the game....Tex made a comeback with 3 minutes left..UL is dangerous...they have Munnings and Smith without a doubt the best scoring tandem in the Sun conf...they did play pretty well on defense and although Smith didnt score a lot he is some player...in the Sun Tourney I don't think anybody wants UL Monroe....

I'm not sure why this line is so low...I played with this line and I have to be missing something...URI has lost 4 in a row.. Dav just lost to Dayton by 1 at home..a few weks ago they beat URI 68-53...with the two G's who can score don't think URI can stay with them..

Although Peter won their 1st matchup way back 72-63 Foxes have won 4 straight...besides Parker doing everything Hines,Funk,Knudsen and co are helping him..but they are playing defense. Dunn knows almost the entire Peter team since he recruited them...even though that didn't work the 1st time they player...Peter has lost 20 games and 8 straight...Foxes although are 12-14..it took 3 seasons for them to win 12 games...Foxes will play tough defense vs a weak offensive team..
Iona -3.5 over Manhattan ****
I jumped on that line last night...Iona has now won 4 in a row..its getting close to march...

Hate taking Rider but Rider beat them 104-84 in Niagara last month...Rider has the talent to blow them out but will they...at home think Rider has to many players that can score and Purple defense is bad..no gds on offense..
