How should I factor this in my decision to go for/against a team/pitcher?

I'm a guy from Europe who has never watched baseball (although I have certain success in betting it), so I'd like to know who should be favoured when the wind is blowing, when the humidity is high, when it's cold outside? Is it park/pitcher specific?

The 2 stadiums that I think you should check the weather is Wrigley and Coors.
I do read the weather for every day but I think that those 2 stadiums weather are the most important and if the wind is in in either of them I play the under or nothing at all.
