Its hard to say at the moment, but that tropical depression is supposed to hit here sometime in the day and continue through the night. The difficult part is that it has rain in bands so it might be on and off, but eventually it's gonna rain hard and often. Take it for what it's worth, just remember that the last day it rained in Chapel Hill was the Miami of Ohio game, and despite racking up 400+ yards of O the Heels turned the ball over 8 or 9 times (with durant responsible for 4 of those...2 fumbled snaps and 2 pics i think).
