--total is way too low at Citizens Bank with a strong wind blowing out and two fly-ball
pitchers starting, despite Phillies grim offense vs R so far; 90% chance of rain so
maybe they'll suspend it tied at 7-7 (already ate that mud pie this year); ump Brian
O'Nora is fine
--despite the 5-game sample size, I'm not sold on Harangue...for whatever it's worth,
before his last start, his numbers were pretty crappy vs Marlins in the past, especially
in Miami, though this will be his first start at the new park; Eovaldi's got game and
while he has a history of trouble against left-handed bats, the braves only ever seem
to manage to get 2 of them in the lineup (Freeman, who's 3-for-17 (.176) vs Nate
with 0 HR, and Heyward 6-for-15 (.400) 5 singles and one triple); braves offense
has been in a funk overall lately; bullpen stats even comparable as Marlins up-and-down
numbers have stabilized and braves early dominance adjusting to a mean as Joe Peta
claims (probably inaccurately) happens all-round (Trading Bases is an enjoyable read,
if you get the chance)
sorry vegetation but fuck the rain
