well capped... i think same in Mexico - Portugal as a draw is mandatory for both teams to advance and to try a winning move on Mexico can overcome in a lose situation as Portugal is known to master the couteroffensive attack...also the Ivory Coast is a good team and should win one game as the proud African Continent champs may not wanna come back to their land empty handed...
but the game with Angola will be a toughie which i won't touch.
Good luck with your plays

Serbia M is a disbanded team without efforts to regain confidence versus a dreams-crashed Ivory Coast roaring lion which screams bllod on their game...

Something like that.....

S&M has nothing & I mean nothing to play for...the desire to compete just isnt there. When the desire & drive go, the first area to suffer is defense, which is all S&M really even has to offer.

When facing a world class striker like Dieder Drogba, that is not a very good thing. Drogba is a beast, he is a converted defender from his African club days, moved on to French Div I & is now a striker for what is currently in my opinion #1 club team in the world Chelsea.

IVC has played exceptionally well in their 2 games, just coming up short in both games, but man did they play good in doing so, they had the chances & very well could have drawed Argentina & the Dutch.

I dont know how a team like S&M recovers from a 0-6 loss to Argentina either, that is crushing.

Iran vs Angola, I will be honest is a little more of a hunch play. I am not buying into this Angola team at all. Have they played well sure, but the pedigree is just not there. I think they will sucome to the pressure of actually having a very small outside chance of moving on.

Plus if the Iranian players return home winless, they might get this asses killed or thrown in jail by thier President.....that to me is some serious motivaiton!!! :com:

3,

even though i still like the ivory coast, drogba is out for this game having received two consecutive yellow cards.

regardless, your writeup on serbia SHOULD be dead on.

they have absolutely no reason to care about this game.

best of luck to you.

Oh shit, my fault. I totally forgot about his 2nd yellow.

I still feel very confident in IVC today. They have alot of striking power, they are young & should have more energy for this game as well.

Thanks for pointing that out.

Good Luck!

WoW. 2 very tough losses to start it off.

Iran clearly dominated that game & was quite unlucky not to get teh win.

The Mexcian game was even worse. A missed PK cost us the draw. Then a very questionable 2nd yellow to put Mexico a man down early in the 2nd half which pretty much put an end to our hopes. I love the way Mexico plays, but today I was very dissappointed with some foolish play.

good cappin and shame on Mexico's Omar Bravo who wasn't the official PK shooter as Marquez or Zinha could have easily converted... i dunno WTF convinced the TD La Volpe to let him take the kick...and hit a frisbeee throw that still should be in the earth's stratosphere still by now (which cost me 2k BTW)

also as said before the Portuguese mastered the couteroffense and hit twice a very ill-prepared Mexican defense (that was badly directed from the start by La Volpe) and then just waited for the outcome as First place finalist...
