Record: 28-13, +18.32

Ruined a great streak by getting greedy and adding a RL on the Royals yesterday. If I would have laid low, I'd be going for my 11th straight.

Minnesota UNDER 8.5 -105

Proceed with caution. This looks too easy.

Yeah, not that I've been on any great run, but I thought the Over in this game was kinda easy.....so I guess it's all about perspective

Just curious why the Minnesota Under 8.5 looks easy with Blackburn and Danks on the hill. One pitcher is 1-4 and the other is 0-4....

Pitching records are irrelevant, kind of like Saves, Hits, RBI and several other statistical categories that don't mean shit until you put them together with another stat. I like the percentages and averages. Wins and losses don't mean anything until you see what else happened in those games.

Danks is a quality hook and he was facing a slumping offense can't hit lefties for shit. The White Sox are a poor hitting team and they are one of the worst in the league (OPS) vs righties.

I know it is easy to spell out reasoning after the fact, but that's what my thinking was before I left for work this morning. Didn't see the score until a few minutes ago, so I guess I was on to something.

Adding:

<table border="0" cellspacing="0" cols="2" frame="VOID" rules="NONE"> <colgroup><col width="153"><col width="86"></colgroup> <tbody> <tr> <td width="153" align="LEFT" height="18">Baltimore OVER 9.5</td> <td width="86" align="LEFT">-105</td> </tr> </tbody> </table>

I took the alternate Over versus the 9 -125. Let's hope the number goes over.
