Well its been a tough past 6 days or so as I am unhappy with my progress. Been hitting more around .500 recently, but tonight we have lots on tap. I gave a detailed analysis of some of the games.
SMU -4.5 **** (4 Units)
This is a game the Mustangs need and after losing at home over the weekend to Tulsa, I will guarantee Doherty will have the troops fired up tonight! Kazemi is solid for Rice and might be able to slow down Dia, but I don't think enough. Even if they slow him down some, who will guard Nyakundi who causes problems for teams that lack the physicality like the Owls. With a must win game at home along with a Rice letdown after an emotional win against Memphis brings me to a strong conclusion that the Mustangs win and cover.
Drexel -1 ** (2 Units)
E.Michigan/Ball St Over 126.5 ** (2 Units)
Purdue -5 *** (3 Units)
Yes yes its a interstate rivalry and yes Purdue has been playing at such a high level beating Wisconsin and Ohio State at home. Can they continue at this level and do it on the road? I say they can and will. The Boilermakers are now only a game out of 1st place in the Big 10 and a still a game ahead of Wisconsin so this matchup has serious implications for Purdue. I think they continue with a great performance tonight.
Chattanooga +5 ** (2 Units)
This game was one I looked at for awhile because the Mocs are a decent squad especially at home where they are 10-4 with some huge notable wins against Charleston, W.Carolina, App St, and Furman. Across both conference divisions those are three of the top programs and current leaders in both. With a chance to jump past W.Carolina for sole possession of 1st I think they play with authority and win or at least take this game down to a potential final possession.
Miami/Boston College Under 142.5 ** (2 Units)
Nebraska -1.5 *** (3 Units)
We all know the Huskers can play well because of their stingy defense. Big win against Texas could create a letdown, but the crowd tonight will be intense and with revenge on their mind I believe Nebraska and their 6th man the Devaney Sports Center should be too much for an average Wildcats team. The Huskers are 15-1 at home this year with wins against Texas, Texas A&M, and Colorado.
Arkansas +6.5 ** (2 Units)
Miss St/LSU Under 129.5 ** (2 Units)
Good luck to everyone tonight! Wish you all lots of success this evening.
Best,
Kaiser
