The first pick went through, as suspected the Cubs struggled to get anything going yesterday vs lefty pitcher.
For today I will go with the Toronto Blue Jays. The bats are funally waking up and the momentum is slowly shifting in favour of the team that will be facing elimination in each of its remaining games. Estrada pitches great at home and is a relatively consistent pitcher with some wonderful stuff. Merritt is a rookie with a relatively limited arsenal of pitches and he js not exactly one od Clevelands top prospects in the minors. One thing going in his favour is the fact that none of blue jays have faced him before but as i aforementioned his stuff is very very limited at this point. Jays usually do very well against LHPs and this is a great opportunity to further improve this particular start. As far as the O/U market, Miller and Allen are well rested and will very likely both pitch at some point today therefore i do not see value in picking either side or even RL.
