Got the big one easy last night... and I have 2 more that I like Big. :scared

Bulls -6 and -3 FH BIGG Bullies, ugh. They are just NOT a good team with DRose on the bench. They have no one who can score and create. It's quite a mess actually. I'm not sure how they thought they would compete with this lineup. At any rate, they are coming off a blown 27 point 2nd half lead vs. Milwaukee. The Bulls, if nothing else, are tough. They are not the type of team to cower away and have hangover effects from that defeat. In fact, quite the opposite, I think they play really hard and take out their frustrations on the pitiful Mavs. I really see a 15-20 point win tonight vs the tired Mavs. I will even give you a score- 101-82.

Pistons -3 Big I thought this line would be 6, so that scares me a little. Detroit is a flat better team then Phoenix. They got em at home, and these are the games this young Detroit team knows they have to take advantage of. I think Detroit wins rather easily.

Playing both in the first halves too.

I actually took the Bulls +2 small

I agree with Bucs. Bulls just blew a 27 pointer... not going to mess around tonight

Nice going! I've not posted much at all Last couple months, as I probably had three of the worst months in 25 years of gambling.

Contrarian plays have really struggled an NFL and NCAA football.

You have continued to hit them pretty good, especially on your big plays, as I frequently check your post. Chicago and Detroit weren't even close. From the opening tip, nice job, keep up the good work. I'm going to have to keep a closer eye on your (big plays) to get me out of the swamp. I've been mired in.

You are right Mulligan. It's been very tough. Games that we normally look at as contrarian have been losing in bundles. The 'square' money has been golden. Lines that make no sense are winning easily, and you're like, "why was that line only 5 instead of 9."

I've definitely lost my fair share of those fade the public games. the key is too be very selective (which I'm not)... or really locate the ones that fit not only the contrarian, but also some other factors you must have... situational, matchups, etc.

In other words, there have still been many great opportunities, but you can't get on a good run just playing these like you used to. As a former trader (and still do it for PA), anytime a trade gets juicy, you need to pounce while it there, and then adjust before, or soon after the market does. Or else, you start giving it all back pretty quickly.

Good luck, bro. :toast:
