Hey everybody,
I hope everyone is ready for a winning Wednesday.
1. Creighton +1
This game is a pickem for a reason; if this was being played in Omaha, Creighton would be laying 8 or 9 points. Anyways, Creigton has only played 4 games this season, going 3-1. Their toughest opponents were George Mason (Win) and a raod game at Nebraska (Loss). As for the Flyers, they may be 6-1 but besides beating a notable Louisville squad, Dayton's other wins have been against Holy Cross, South Carolina State, North Carolina A&T, Yale and Austin Peay - not exactly quality competition. Creighton is expected to finish first or second in the competitive Missouri Valley Conference. With 4 returning starters from last year's team, including a healthy Nate Funk, I'm putting my money on the Bluejays here.
2. CS Santa Barbara +3.5
3. West Virginia -6
Also willl probably play Tennessee -1 vs. Memphis.
