Now that Kovalev and Lemieux are back in the lineup, getting +135 at home against the *slightly* overrated Islanders (not saying they're not a good team - just saying they're still a bit overrated right now) is a "must-play" in my book. Betting the OVER for similar reasons: Kovalev + Lemieux = more offense. Pittsburgh also tends do play quite good in b/b situations.
Colorado -1.5 +125
Colorado is coming off a disappointing road trip and they may want to prove the world that they're still a very dominant team at home. A good spot here as their opponent is the Minnesota Wild, a below-average team playing a 2nd game in 24 hours. Also have to consider the "revenge" factor as the Avalanche lost to this same Minnesota team in the first game of their 5-games road trip.
