Detroit at Toronto
Toronto is falling into one of my big "wager needs". They are just home off of a 6 game/9 day road trip. I've always said a team coming home after a 4 or more game trip is a good go against.
Couple this with Detroit only playing 3 games in the last 7 days, thus being well rested, you have a nice spot for them.
Detroit has also played 3 less games this season.
Of Toronto's three home games, they have eclipsed 100 in all of them, and the game total has surpassed 200. On their last 3 games on the recent road trip, they had less than 90 points each game....the games ended at 181, 181, and 171.
Now, in Detroit over the last 3 games, they lost to Portland 98-100, beat Dallas 115-89, and beat Indiana 104-98....again, all very tall scores.
Putting the seemingly well rested Pistons up against a just home, and tired Raptor team, I see a higher than normal scoring game tonight. Part of this reasoning is based on the fireworks we should see between Stackhouse and Carter. These two will be going tooth and nail to out-do the other.
I would give a strong lean on Detroit tonight, but I like the over even better.
With my normal 1-4 unit per play system, I would rate the over as a 4, and the game as a 3.....Due to my new system, I am doing the following:
Det/Tor over 190 $55/$50 5% play
Detroit +6 $33/$30 3% play.
Record 0-0-0 $1000
