Colts by 3

This is one of the most intriguing games of Week One. Very quickly, we are going to see what to expect from the Colts this season. This is a 6-10 team that got killed by injuries last season, and which still has major question marks at most positions. Oddsmakers seem to believe Indy will rebound strongly with RB James healthy and QB Manning now entering his fifth full season. I have my doubts. Jaguars are now in expansion mode again (interesting how both the Panthers and Jaguars have followed the same timeline). But there is still enough talent on the Jags offense to be competitive in most games. This will be a game to keep an eye on, because it conceivable the line could move significantly. It most certainly will move off the 3 (huge middling opportunity) -- and could hit 4 if the Colts have a good pre-season, or could fall all the way back to PICK if Manning goes down with injury and /or the Jaguars put on a show in pre-season. I also love the total to go UNDER in this game, based on an expected number at ~44. But, I'll wait and see on that. No play.
