Cleveland/New Orleans

Cleveland's young talent shines today against a rebuilding New Orleans organization. Cleveland is not the best in the league, but to run up the score on this on this New Orleans team - you don't have to be.

Cleveland -3

Carolina/Atlanta

Carolina is big, fast and physical on both sides of the ball. Atlanta has Michael Vick. This is not a fair trade. Carolina exposes a pourous Atlanta run defense and wins this one by ten.

Carolina -5

Chicago/Green Bay

Green Bay's poor offensive line cannot protect Brett Farve today against this great Chicago defense -- at home or not. Don't worry about the hook - Chicago wins this one easy.

Chicago -3.5

Dallas/Jacksonville

Two great defenses in this match up. Dallas has the better of the two offenses and has many weapons. However, Dallas also has a questionable pass protection this year. Jacksonville will pressure Bledsoe and make him make more than one mistake. This will be a game of field position and field goals.

Under 36.5

New York Giants/Indianapolis

Two fairly evenly matched teams here. However, a suspect NYG secondary gives Indi the edge in this one. Expect a shootout with Indi coming out on top by a TD.

Indianapolis -3

Good luck...

What about the PATS? Greatest Qb ever:)142smilie ) against Buffalo. Not your game of the century? Come on give us your thoughts.

P S Like the other picks, but be careful on the Carolina game. Vick is too dangerous to bet against.:nono:

Don't be a stranger either I'll take a beer for that first game money you made against my dolphins:mj06:

I can see stopping up for a beer as being in the cards today (maybe I'll even bring a few x-tras this time...)

As for New England/Buffalo

New England is still the powerhouse of the AFC East. They have a great offense. They have mulitple ways to work the ball over the middle of the field to a plethera of above average tight ends. On defense they are very suspect. The signing of Junior Seau shows that we may be trying to put a 'band aid' over some of the boo boo's that didn't heal over the offseason. Their secondary is suspect as well.

Buffalo is clearly undergoing a rebuilding season. However, I see them as the strongest 'rebuiding team' in the league this year. They have a decent defense and their run game is always a threat. They might do just enough today to keep this game close to the spread. That's why I'm calling this game a
