Minnesota -2.5 over Carolina *****
Carolina has been a better road team than home team this year. Moreover Carolina's home 2 losses came to 2 other top NFC teams in Philly and New Orleans and the Vikings I believe are better than both. The Vikings have won their last 5 road games including their defense is far superior to Carolina's. Look for a complete game effort by the Vikings, limiting Newton, who has been up and down all season. Minnesota 24-13.
Seattle +2.5 over Jacksonville *****
Still not buying the Jags are a good team. The beat the Steelers which was impressive, otherwise though they have lost to the other 2 teams with winning records they faced this year. Seattle's defense played tremendous last week against the Eagles and has been getting better. Limit the turnovers and Seattle wins this game outright as I don't trust any team quarterbacked by Bortles. Seattle 23-20
Tennessee/Arizona OVER 43 points ***
Lots of offense I see in this one as Arizona has can score at home but more importantly they play bad defense too. Think this this game pushes the 50 point mark with a big 2nd half as scoring. Tennessee 27-23.
LA Rams PK over Philly ***
Philly failed their first big test last week against Seattle and I think they fail again here. The Eagles will have to run the ball very well here and I would favor the Rams defense at home over the Eagles defense. I also believe Wentz may regress some more playing top teams, as his meteoric rise this year is impressive for sure, but still his first year doing so. 2 weeks ago Philly seemed penciled into the super bowl, after this game they will be fighting just to have a bye. LA Rams 26-23.
Pittsburgh -4.5 over Baltimore **
If the Steelers are ever going to come out strong and stop getting hammered early, its against their biggest rival. The Patriots loom next week and the Steelers need to get their focus early in game together or the Patriots will handle them next week. I think a full game effort has been the push this week and it will show today. Pittsburgh 23-13.
