YTD Record:

7 Star: 0-1
5 Star 10-3
4 Star 16-5
3 Star 31-15
2 Star 14-13
1 Star 4-5

Good week last week as 5 and 4 star plays swept the board at 4-0. Here are 2 early 5 star plays.

New England -3 over Denver *****

Bet against New England monday, but back on them here. New England has traditionally struggled in Denver, but the time is right for them to get a solid win. The Patriots defense played a very strong game against Baltimore on monday and continue to rank at the very top in points allowed. Denver has no running game and their passing game is marginal at best. Brady has showed that even without Gronk the Patriots are fine and I expect the team to shore up the fumbles.

Tampa Bay +7 over Dallas *****

Dallas is still a good team, but Tampa I think can play with them. Tampa has the defensive front to battle with the Dallas o-line and I still think Prescott really really needs a running game to take pressure off him. I think this will be a tight one that comes right down to the wire.

I like the TB play bet Cody but I'm not sure what you mean by Prescott needs a running game, they have the best running back in the league in Elliot at near 1400 yds in 13 games, pretty good numbers I'd say. I am on both those picks though, gl this week

Thomas, I mean Prescott really needs that running game, not that he does not have one. I don't think Prescott could carry the team if Elliot is limited. Tampa's front may be as good as the Cowboys o-line, should be a tremendous battle.

Here are the rest:

Atlanta (Team Total) OVER 32 points ****
Houston -3.5 over Jacksonville ***
Detroit +4.5 over NY Giants ***
Cincinnati/Pittsburgh UNDER 45.5 points ***

Prop Play:

Jordy Nelson total receiving yards (Under 70.5 yards) -115 ****

It is going to be brutally cold in Chicago and Nelson is a deep receiver, not a catch and run guy. I do not think Rodgers is going to be throwing a lot of deep passes and therefore focusing on guys like Adams and Cobb. Rodgers is also banged up, likely leading to short passes.

Looking good on Atlanta total. 28 points in first half.
Decided to parlay Atlanta and over. Wish I had added NO and over.
Took over Atlanta total tailing your pick.

Atlanta worked well and the Pats rolled as expected. Losing the prop on the second to last played, sucked, but if Tampa cashes it will be a solid day.
