Week 2 Fantasy Help

Have one slot for the following three players this week:


Larry Johnson RB vs Raiders AT HOME
Lance Moore WR vs Eagles ON ROAD
Carnell Williams RB vs Bills ON ROAD


I started Lance Moore last week and the Saints scored 45 points, but Moore got NOTHING, so I'm a bit bugged by that. My initial lean is Larry Johnson as he has pretty solid career numbers vs Oakland plus KC is at home.

If it was me, I'd go with Larry but I wouldn't be really confident about the choice. Cadillac could have another great game, but I'd feel more comfortable taking a wait and see approach to starting him. Yeah, he was running well, but he came out after the first good blow to that knee and didn't go back in. They'll be careful with him. There's no way I'd start Moore.

Bell for the saints had a pretty big week, but did not find the endzone.

Yeah...Bell did have a pretty good game for a team who scored 45 pts in the air.

I think I'm going with LJ....Eagles can play tough D at home which "could" slow the Saints down a bit. Not sure how many looks Moore is going to get now with Coltson, Shockey, Henderson, etc. on the field. Moore did most of his damage last season with those guys out hurt. I guess I should of thought of that before I drafted him.....

Saints had some succes on the ground against the Lions but this is Philly. i expect the running game to be a non factor against Philly. I still would start Moore. They might throw it 50 times.

Mmmmmm....you got me thinking. I'm sure he'll get more than 2 catches this week and maybe even a score, BUT with all of the weapons healthy at the moment not sure he'll get me more points than LJ. I see LJ bouncing back after a 20 yd performance against a tough BAL rush D last week on the road. Wouldn't surprise me if he gets 2 scores this week. I think Moore's value has gone down drastically with everyone healthy at the moment. Injuries occur then he'll be a target again. He could be trade/drop bait here soon if I don't see improvement out of him this week.....LJ 100 yds/1 score at least this week I'm predicting. Thanks for the feedback!
