5-2 last week

GIANTS + 4 -130 BIG PLAY
i believe the giants win this one out right but at -130 for +4 i cant pass it up b/c it feels like i have a sure winner,if they lose this one it will be in ot or a last sec fg..i think their is a little overreaction to week 1 in this line..eagles whipped a sorry texans team and the giants lost to the darling colts.i would take the gmen tommorow again at +3 vs the colts..i dont think mcnab will be converting 8 3rd and 10's on sunday,and stallworth will come back down to earth.the gmen are the better team here and im gettin 4 ill take it ,even though its on the road.and lincoln financial is no vet.
this also a nice spot play..eagles have sanfran and greenbay next,i think they will be happy with 3-1 a 1/4 into the season(remember lots of people picked them to finish last in the nfc east,including me).
the gmen have AT seattle ,skins at atlanta..who wouldve thought the 06 giants would be a fave in 1 of their 1st 5 games this year..
the giants swept them last year and are a better team thisyear,eli has another season under his belt and they upgraded at corner.getting 4 in this almost must win game against a div rival that i think they are better than is a must play for me..i think they win outright and will play the ml in some parlays and str8,but the bigplay is the +4..gl.

DETROIT +10 -129
this game looks alot like the week 1 pats/bills game to me.i had an easy (ats)win with the bills.
the last 8 games these 2 have played only 1 has been decided by more than 10 pts(that one blowout in this series happend to be last years bear home opener)but that doesnt scare me,the bears were starting a new era and were very amped up and were coming off an opening day loss..i rode both these teams to the bank last week and plan on doing it again this week.
the bears had trouble scoring last year ,they broke 21 3 times,the lions def has improved and i think they can keep the bears right around that 20 pt mark.the lions def was impressive last week against one of the best offensive teams in the league..the bears played the packers nough said there.the question is can the lions score 10 to 13.they didnt score last week but kitna did have 250 throwing and i think they're still learning a complicated offence..if chicago comes out of the gate slow the lion def will be very high on themselves and keep playing well.the bears will be overconfident and stumble.i think kitna can keep the turnovers to a minimun and keep them in the game.
the bears are a solid team but thats alot of chalk for a team that has trouble scoring.They laid this much chalk 1 time last year against the 49ers and didnt cover but won 17-9 im looking at the same type game and score here..17-9..gl..

I like your first pick. Mcnab has never and i repeat never had a good game against a good defense. He will play just like the mediocre quarterback he is. As for your second pick id forget about that one. Detroit stinks and Kitna stinks. He will get run right over by the bears defense. You can't be a quarterback like Kitna with a bad offensive line. He is to slow.

BILLS +7.5 -135

i guess this line is total opposite of week 1 overreaction lines..i dont get it,except that the dolphins have high expectations this year.bills looked pretty good against the pats and the fish didnt look so great especially dante..dont like the back 2 back div road games here for the bills but this is to many points.
bills covered both games last year.im high on the fish to this year,saban is a great coach and they will probably find a way towin this one but not by more than 7.after what ive seen of culpepper last year and week 1 this year their is no way you can bet on the fish yet this year.for me dante is not even a ?..he's been bad for awile now.
the games against miami are always huge for the bills ,this is their most hated rival in the div,and i think they will be up and ready to play despite the back to back road games.
i like taking teams in the kind of spot miami is in ,but looking at last years games the fish lost 7 games and 6 of those came in 2 3game losing streaks.the bills come in with more momentum here.....fish 21-20 last sec fg.

this goes up to the magic #7 by gametime

denver coming home after a road loss for their home opener against a hated and wounded div rival.i have a feeling they come out firing on all cylinders on sunday.plummer should rebound and with an injury to mike bell ,tatum will make the most out of his carries to try to be the main man at rb.
How the cheifs year after year put up great offensive #'s with those crappy recievers?O LINE ,run run set up the pass.w roaf is a huge loss for them,no wonder they been begging him to come out of retirment for the last month.with him and vermeil gone.offensive idiot herman edwards in ,this is going to be a long season for the cheifs.No trent green either the chiefs have no chance in this won.3 and out all day long(atleast in the 1st hf).Playing the 1st have b/c its a homeopener and their coming off the loss ,there is a great chance they come out blazing ,maybe a 21-3 lead after 1Q.and then dont have to worry about a backdoor later in the game after huard settles down in the 2nd hf...24-6 hf time.gl

exactly my point. Most people think its to many points. That is why the Bears will roll. Detroits game last week was a fluke. When it was time to score seattle scored. Books all won what probably was the most one sided bet game in the league last week.

i dont think the public is on the lions this week.,i would like to know though for sure..i was on detroit very big last week and it was no fluke,seattle is a diffrent team on the road.
if the bears are anything like last year, they win ,but they win ugly.the fluke was greenbay.
WE will see if the lions def is a fluke this week,if they really are as good as they showed last week they should have no problem holding the bears to about 17 to 21 points.the only thing that scares me a little is that the bears def can put up 14pts.

weird...the injury news is not good,i knew about vincent ,but spikes is questionable,bowen questionable.the line is going down though..its to late for me and im not buying back,still like the play but would wait and see if takeo is playing......i like to play games early in the week,most of the games i take the line steadly goes higher than what i got it at.for now even this game..its now at +7.5 -145 instead of -135..with the news though (and fish lovers)i thought it would be bet up to 7..so far so good though with the line movment...lets just hope these guys are healthy and play,,whith takeo in their culpepper will think twice about scrambling and testing his knee,and will keep forcing throws...we dont need the bills to win here,just cover baby.

I thought that jags were laying 2.5,but after reading some posts and saw that sombody had them at +3 i had to double check and there it was +2.5,bought the point at -140,should be a close game.
ive been high on the jags for about a year & half now..Actually picked them to win the afc last year and posted it here on madjacks.

Jags +3.5 -120 this was my largest wager of the year last season ,jags homedog to the steelers and it hit ,i like them again this season against pitt.pitts coming off a short week with a hurting rothlisberger against a very physical team ill take the pts ,21-20 either way .
