IT looks like he is referencing the ESPN article. It was referring to 0-2 ATS, which is what he must mean

Yes, ATS. Sorry about that. Been following the ESPN insider betting articles and they look for dog system plays. These 6 stand out as teams that have lost ATS and are dogs this week. Some pretty bad teams in here but giving it a shot.

In my opinion the problem with the Giants is that they are still VERY MUCH a household name. The vast majority of the public think of them as a legit team because they have a Manning and a couple stud receivers but more importantly that they have won two Superbowls recently.

With that being said, the team they are facing off against has lost two very close games. While both teams are 0-2 it is strange to me that the Panthers are not favoured by 3 in this game.

It might just be me but I see value in this game if you side with Cameron Newton
