Well, time to start another week. Managed to not lose any of my winnings from week 1 last week going 6-6. Not a lot of games jump out at me this week. Oh well, just means we all have to do a little more research.




Playing this one for Thursday:




West Virginia (-16.5) WIN

Going to keep riding this train till it stops. Thought they wouldn't cover last week and then they turn it on in the second half and get the job done. I don't look for them to come out flat like that this week. A lot of points to lay against a decent ACC team, but I'm willing to do it here.

UCLA (-14) L

I'm jumping on the UCLA bandwaggon with everybody else. Just think they will have too much for Utah to handle. Just hope were all not wrong here. A few of the sites big plays went down in flames last week (VT, Vandy, S. Miss, NW, Miami, and TCU) and I managed to lay off of them, but I really like this one.

TCU (-7) L

My guy had them at 7.5 and I bought the hook. I liked it at 8, but this is even better. I look for TCU to come back strong after the disappointing second half against Texas last week. I don't think they just lay down the rest of the year because they lost to Texas. They still have a lot of wins left in them this season.

Good luck this week Sam. Was reluctant of the popularity of the UCLA play too, but think the number is still worth an investment. Going to check out TCU and see how the numbers look.

OK, can't resist going for this middle. Have under 65 for game. Just need it to hit between 49 and 65. Gotta double up on this one.

That middle looked easy for a while there. I shouldn't have been greedy, but I had to gamble and try and double up.

2-2 for Thursday night. No damage done. Hopefully learned to not be greedy, but probably not.

Oklahoma State / Troy (U 62) L

Troy has been involved in two high scoring games this season, but I'm hoping that changes tonight. They are at home and it is looking like rain all day and tonight here in central Alabama. Troy should try and slow the game down to keep the Oklahoma State team off the field, but if they start to get blown out then we can throw that out the window.
