Thurs:
Cincy +2 Big line movement here. Cincy opened up as a 1.5 point favorite and now a 2 point dog. either the sharps or Joe public is all over state. I believe a better cincy team shows up tonight and both teams coming off a short week, Cincy had the easier of the two previous games and could rest starters. NC State coming off a hard fought win against a good UCF team on the road. This game could go either way, but my money will be on Cincy looking much improved over the fresno state showing and win this one in a close one 28-24 L
