Going to get on this one while I can still get the hook. Penn St. has played 3 cupcakes so far and I'm still not convinced their offense is all that good. Like Basanez and the Cats to put up some points at home after getting embarrassed at ASU last week. PSU has Minnesota, OSU, and Michigan on deck so wouldn't be surprised to see them get caught looking ahead after 3 easy wins. Think NW could win this one outright so like the points.

Think both these teams will try and establish some sort of running game to keep the opposing offense off the field. Think we will see a few long drives and hopefully a few stops to keep this one under the high total.
