NE -5 over GB
Green Bay is on the road after playing at Chicago last Monday night and apparently did not get home until 2AM Tuesday. This will not be enough time to come up with an adequate plan to even think about containing New England's passing game, especially with all of the injuries to the Packer defense last week which has already given up 27 points a game. Also, the Patriot defense will aggressively attack Favre likely forcing him into at least 4 INTs.

KC +3 over SD
This is a case where Kansas City has too much offensive firepower for a San Diego defense that has key injuries to Marcellus Wiley, Junior Seau and Rodney Harrison. None of these three players will be close to 100% if they play at all. The Chiefs are averaging 34 points a game with a very diverse attack, not to mention Priest Holmes who may be the best player in the NFL so far this year. If they score just 24, can the Chargers score 27+? If the first five games are any indicator, the answer is no.

NYG -5.5 over Atl
Without Vick, Atlanta has little chance to move the ball against New York. There is no reason to think Reeves will stray from his conservative philosophy of running the ball and the Giants have done a good job this year in stopping the run. Even if the Falcons do try to pass, their weak offensive line will not be able to protect Doug Johnson against the blitz.

Indy -6.5 over Balt
Indy is much improved on defense, playing a more simplified style thanks to Tony Dungy and will contain the Ravens offensive "attack." The same can also be said for their special teams, arguably the best in the NFL. Also, although the Colts' offensive numbers are down, they are rarely turning the ball over and giving great pass protection for Manning. Without Ray Lewis causing any disruptions, Indy will control the ball the entire game. I don't see Baltimore scoring more than 10 points.
