like the play as well. Just wondering what some of your thoughts are on the game. I see letdown here for UCLA, and Wash st has looked like garbage so this game has trap writeen all over it.
ysg3,
Yes, letdown factor is part of my reason due to the fact they beat a rival and they had to come back in a game they trailed for the majority of the game. I also don't feel UCLA has been tested on the road and their defense hasn't looked real strong. Even Bomar for Oklahoma looked good against the Bruin defense. WSU has some speed at the skill positions and I feel they will put up points at home. I think WSU got caught looking ahead to this game last week and feel they'll be focused after starting conference play at 0-2 with a chance to knock off the #12 ranked team in the country. Also, lookig at some of the line movement at certain books, I feel WSU is the play.
On the Washington State play, I like it also. But I will wait until I know that their #1WR Jason Hill is playing. He makes a world of difference for that offense. He hasn't played the last 6 quarters.
He left at halftime of the oregon st game(190yds and a td), a game in which they were up 30-16. FInal score 33-44. Wash St QB, Brink threw 4 ints without him in there. Didn't play in the Stanford game either.
Wash. St running back Jerome Harrison is 5th in the nation and rushed for 247 yds against the Bruins last year. WHy can't he do it again. This years Bruins team is giving up 209 yds on the ground.
Its gots the makings of last weeks Wisconsin/Northwestern game.
Keep em coming Xerri... Been following your picks as of late... Any thoughts on the USC/NotreDame Game? GL this weekend
Looking forward to your posts in the Baseball forum also.. I need all the help I can get. Wen't against you a couple of times allready and shouldn't ... I've lost my last 6 baseball bets so luckily #7 is my luck number... GL am2kidz
AM,
Gonna lay off tonight's baseball game as I've been cold in bases the last couple of days. I lean to USC against the Irish. I don't think the Irish defense can slow USC down at all and I think USC's defense will step it up a notch against a team like Notre Dame at home. Think USC wins by about 3 TDs. Not sure if I'll play it or not quite yet.
Playing Tulane +3 -110 2H for 3 units
UTEP converted 2 3rd and 19's to get 2 of their 2 TDs and the other was a result of a fumble. Tulane looks like they can pass on this defense so think they keep it close.
Rice +7.5 -110, 2 units
Colorado St. -2.5 -110, 2 units
Oregon St. +16 -110, 2 units
C. Florida +8.5 -110, 2 units
Nevada -1.5 -110, 2 units
USC -12 -110, 2 units
