Absolutely. These guys need to learn from these absurd in-game mistakes, which occur ONLY if they ignorantly and blindly following analytics. Because if McDaniels actually believed he was making an informed decision based upon that in-game situation, then he is completely incompetent. Completely. He actually hurt his team tremendously because he showed no faith in the defense that ultimately bailed him out of almost single-handedly blowing that win by himself. Truly. Bizarre to see some of these head coaches on the sideline literally obsessing over play call sheets instead of being involved in the actual live game that is unfolding before their own extremely high paid eyes. It's unacceptable. The Chargers coach helped knock his team out of the playoffs exactly that way last season. Stupid. This is NOT a video game.
