A shocking NRL weekend ruined what looked to be another promising one midway thru Sat nite
Went 1-5. Only winner was the Cowboys (+10.5) winning SU over the Panthers. Broncos scored too many pts for the under v the Tigers while the Storm got whipped by the Sharks. Had the Warriors 12-2 up v the Dragons and the Roosters crusing v half a Raiders team only for the a$$ to fall out of both of those two as well. Ah well, such is life.
Some consolation from a ridiculously easy 2-unit win on the All Blacks and had my third winning AFL weekend in a row - 1-0
with the Kangaroos covering the spread.
Probably a sign that I played too many NRL matches - eliminate and analyse, as our supremo Jack says...
I'm on hols for a week in an hour or so. Therefore, not likely to play anything this weekend as my PC time at home is very limited - thank heavens for work
If I sneak in now and again thinking of playing something, please convince me that I haven't done enough homework and to go home again..
Will endeavour to contribute a couple of articles tho on Rugby positions and importance as suggested by AV2 and the "NRL Betting" one, which may be of some interest. Will also update the NRL "covers" stats, which should also make interesting reading.
