Funaki to beat Tamura in MMA, Funaki was a legend in his day. Great leg locks. He is old but Tamura is no spring chicken.

DLH/Forbes under 9 1/2 rounds. Forbes is a very skilled boxer with some slick moves but I had to take the +300 odds. Oscar tends to blow out much smaller guys when he has no respect for their power. I also put $30 on Forbes at +1400 just in case.

Guzman/Arthur under 9 1/2 rounds. I like Alex but the difference in skill here is huge. I think Arthur gets cut to pieces within 5 rounds (I believe this fight has been postponed).

Ding-a-ling Wilson to beat Arslan. The most likely result is Arslan to win on points but I am going to bet on Ding as Arslan's come forward, throwing lots of punches style, is going to give Ding opportunity's to land a bomb.

Ishe Smith to beat Julio. I think Smith is more skilled if he is active with his punches. I thought he could be special but has been a huge dissappointment in my eyes. He must know this is his last shot at the big time.

Depending on the odds, I like Dirrell to beat Hanshaw on points.

I have 2 fights remaining on a 4 fight parlay that need Guzman and Sarritzu to win.

Good luck all.

I also have DLH, Arthur and Sarritzu in an existing parlay.

On an interesting sidenote -The Sarritzu fight is happening in the same town my ex girlfriend lives and goes to school. Place is just chock full of sexy Italian college gals- unbelievable place.

I think you can find under 11.5 +220 or so may give you a better shot. Oscar saying he's gonna work on some things in prep for Money May is of concern. Definitely understand your thinking. About a ten pound weight difference between the two.

"the bunker"
isn`t this an utterly ridiculous fight?....i think steve forbes is a very talented, tenacious fighter(with little power)within the proper weight class.......but,how does this get made given the size discrepancy?....

fights like this don`t do boxing any favors....

I noticed those odds at The Greek but I am going to take my chances.

I think if Forbes is still aound in the tenth round, chances are, he will go the distance.

Thanks for the heads up anyway.

Thanks for posting weepaul...

I'm with you on Smith, this is his best shot at proving he's the fighter he claims to be. I was on Quintana +180 over Julio...and now I'm on Smith +180 over Julio. The classic match-up between puncher and boxer, if it goes the distance I like Smith's chances as the more experienced boxer vs the younger puncher who is one dimensional

At +180 Smith is definitly worth a small play...imo
