Outright plays (1.5pts):

Grace Park to win 12/1 e.w. @ SkyBet and Paddy Power
There are only three players who average less than 70 strokes per round on Tour this season and have sided with two of them. Park is clearly the #2 player on Tour at the moment with six top-3 finishes in ten starts this year, while the rest were all in the top-20. She finished 3rd from off the pace and with Annika Sorenstam not having won on this course and having even avoided this event for the past three years, this could be very opportunity for Park's 2nd win of the season.

Lorena Ochoa to win 18/1 e.w. @ SkyBet
Similar story here. She ranks 3rd in scoring average on Tour and has eight top-10 finishes in ten starts this year, including a win last month. She bettered Park to finish 2nd on her debut on this course last year and looks set for yet another very high finish.

Juli Inkster to win 33/1 e.w. @ Stan James
Inkster has clearly learned how to play this course. With five missed cuts and a best finish of 19th from 1988 to 1996, Inkster has since returned to Locust Hill only twice, but on those occasions she has finished 2nd and 5th. Having also rediscovered her game in the past six weeks with finishes of 2nd, 6th and 4th in three of her four starts, she looks to be in good form and should maintain her impressive recent course form.

Matchup plays (3pts unless stated):

Stacy Prammanasudh to beat Catriona Matthew +100 @ Stan James
Matthew hasn't played here since 1998 and when she did, she had an indifferent record around Locust Hill, averaging 73.25 over 16 rounds. This may be Prammanasudh's first outing here, but she has played very well as a rookie this year and has finished ahead of Matthew in three of their last four common events. With Matthew apparently disliking this course, she should have a good chance to beat her again.

Michele Redman to beat Catriona Matthew +105 @ Five Dimes
Redman has also missed this event in recent years, but she still finished ahead of Matthew on the last couple of occasions that they both played here. With Redman having also finished ahead of Matthew in four of their last six common events, I'll gladly take these odds.

Michele Redman to beat Sherri Steinhauer -111 @ Stan James [4.5pts]
By contrast, Steinhauer has played here every year since 1987, but she has missed the cut in two of the last four years so her greater liking for the course has not been transferred into good performances. She is in better form at the moment, but that is only temporary. Redman is 8-3-0 h2h against Steinhauer this year and her class should prevail more often than not.

Grace Park to beat Se Ri Pak +100 @ Stan James [4.5pts]
Pak does have a good record on this course with top-10 finishes on her last four visits, but there have been no wins and these have been against much weaker fields than this year, so her course form is not really that impressive. She is also struggling with her swing at the moment and has missed two of her last three cuts, which really is unimpressive. So with Park leading Pak 7-2-0 h2h this year, this looks a mismatch and these odds are hard to believe.

Thanks for link Clive--a good one.
Still a fan of her play--and big fan of her personally years ago until her attitude changed--but thats just my opinion.:)

Outrights - Final update: 0-3; -4.50pts

Park wd
Ochoa 66th
Inkster 14th

Not optimistic of a profitable event once Park walked off the course in the first round with a bad back. Inkster had been as high as 2nd towards the end of her 3rd round, but never looked like getting back there again.

Matchups - Final update: 2-2-0; -3.00pts

Prammanasudh/Matthew LOST by 7
Redman/Matthew LOST by 6
Redman/Steinhauer WON by 8
Park/Pak LOST (Park wd)

Se Ri Pak finished 50th so there was every reason to support the triple-play on Park to win that match. But that was a costly withdrawal.

So what conclusions leading into the Open this week...there has to be question marks about two of the three market leaders;

Pak is still struggling
Park is struggling to be fit

Combined with Annika no longer looking invincible, does this leave the door open for another shock of Lunke proportions?!

Don't know Clive, Wish I knew more on park issue. Cost me last week:mad: by starting. I'll be headed to country tomorrow and out of computer for most part till weekend so won't get to see most lines. Best bet might be in running, especially place only @ Cbet.

Got a decent place on Kim last week there, along with a short odds on Jones and a small parlay.

Some longers ones I got circled is Andrews and Jeon Jang.
