always liked their book. nice people there and very helpful.

but no 2nd half lines (except for the espn games) and 20 cent lines for baseball made me take my business elsewhere awhile ago.

also, are they still using that stupid dropbox for how much you want to bet? you could never enter the exact amount you wanted to bet. it was always in increments of exactly 10. kind of annoying.
never quite understood that.

kinda sucks, because theyre great for payouts. just laggin behind elsewhere.

they have always been in the clear. what happened was -- they wanted me to go on an affiliate program and i can't/won't do affiliate programs. all my advertisers pay a flat yearly fee to advertise here, just like any business would advertise in a newspaper.

yes they've got an alternative to the drop box- it's a bit of a workaround as the dropbox still exists but use the "add to slip" function and you can you plug in flat amounts

madjack,always used carib.Anytime there was a problem their customer service was excellant.A few yrs ago they made a mistake on a play and in a "nanu minute" it was fixed.Their bonus are pretty good.I always wondered why they weren't on your site.I know they used to be.Glad their back..

I have always liked Carib. I have never had a major problem in my 4 years with them, so I can't really brag about their problem solving expertise. But, I suppose that is a compliment in itself. But I can say that they have answered all of my e-mail inquiries promptly and to my satisfaction. They offer a nice $5 or $7 gift of free numbers plays of your choice on all holidays and your birthday. I don't remember what bonus it was for, but 3 years ago I won a free $25 square for the Super Bowl and happened to hit it for a cool $500. They offer a rebate on numbers plays(I don't play them, tho) and also a rebate on horse racing bets.
Their site runs smoothly and has the quickest and easiest sign on of all my outs, it comes in very handy when you are running late for a bet, as you can store your password. I love that, never having to punch in your #.
Nice college football 1/2 point bonuses on Fridays, even off of 3 and 7 sometimes.
Now, not that it means much, but I get a Christmas/holiday card every year, which is not unusual in itself, but it is signed personally by each of their employees. Just a small sign that they care a bit.

The only thing I really don't care for is that they list the pro teams by their nicknames.......sometimes it's distracting to pair the Bobcats or Grizzlies,etc. to their city moniker. I have been caught twice making mistakes on my plays due to this. All of my other books else lists their city name, which by me is the correct way. You scroll 5 books for, say Toronto, Toronto and then have to go there & remember nicknames....annoying to me, especially if you are in a hurry.
