While I consider their new software to be a step backwards, nonetheless Pinnacle remains my favorite book due to their reduced vig, non-clone lines, and high online limits. Although email customer service is sorely lacking, phone customer service is quite good and, most importantly, they pay.

At the risk of being redundant . . . they have deep pockets . . . will take "huge" action by phone . . . and are the hardest book I have ever played with to beat.

Before, I was accused of touting them . . . and I wasn't. Now I fear someone will say I am blasting them . . . and I am not.

My story is still the same . . . if you can beat Pinnacle you can beat any book in the world. When their number looks like they are giving you a bargain . . . be cautious. They are good at what they do. Their linesmaker is the best I have ever seen. In two years of betting a lot of middles (mostly in basketball) I have never collected a check from Pinnacle. I have collected from their competitors and sent it to them. That says a lot about the quality of their numbers.

That aside . . . they are an outstanding organization and you never have to worry about your money being safe. They are a very solid and reputable firm.
