tripled my deposit from 2 weeks ago (had not played there since last bowl season), but I am seeing too many bad things about them including Jack's rant in here a while back. Hate to leave a book u can beat, but I sure do want to get paid in the end.

I called them today, and their CS does suck even worse than before. Got through after the 5th attempt, then held for 8 minutes. Once I got a person, however, no problem. They also never answer emails. What has led to this demise??

I have cashed out nearly 5 figures with them in a little over a year, and have had no problems. They're neteller option works great.

uh oh, bad news, after being assured the check was going out Tuesday, I get an email on Friday stating I need to fax in an id, proof of deposit, and an electric bill. :bsflag Would have been nice to know this horse crap on Monday when I could have already had it done, but no, they tell me 24 hours before I'm leaving on vacation. Now, I have to get to a copy machine and fax machine and do this before I leave. It's my own fault, I guess I should have been more vigilant. I've been with this book since '98 off and on and it used to be good and even a sponsor here. Guess that shows u that just because a book was good 4 years ago doesn't not mean it is still solid.
