The 2 best parameters to look at with a DD dog are Defensive FG% and Rebounding. In other words, can they keep it close?
St.Marys is playing good defense, but Santa Clara's defensive FG% over their last 5 games has been an outstanding 42.0%. AND, SC's road defensive FG% of 41.0% is actually better then SM home defensive FG%.
They are also a much better free thow shooting team YTD.
In a game where the final score should be in the 60's, it's a solid bet to take the 13.5 with Santa Clara.
