A buddy of mine is a weatherman in Milwaukee, and he was telling me today that the Wisconsin-Nebraska game will see temps in the 20s with snow expected late third/early fourth quarter.
Ohio State at Minnesota
20 degrees at kickoff with daytime high around 24. Light winds with a 50% chance of light snow developing later in the afternoon, probably after the game.

For the Utah St and BYU games
We got a couple of inches of snow overnight here and the temps are going to be in 30s most of the day. Wind is moderate. Both games are huge chalk for home team.
