Who stoled Julio Garcia's chin?? Actually it's not his chin that is horrible, it's his defense that allows his opponent to land everything that they throw. Good job by Verno Phillips in knocking out Julio Garcia in 1 round. I thought garcia would wear down and get stopped late. Quite a surprise to me Verno deserves a bigger fight now.
