What about China Vs Costa Rica game???

Costa Rica is the favorite in this spot, but their best football soccer was played on the eliminatory, the latest results was been not so good while the new Bora pupiles looks good, why?? because Bora changes mentallities of nations, and increase levels and techniques in all the teams he touch.

I need some comments of this game, my lean is maybe draw or the big number (China), of course right now is my lean.

Well in the big scheme of things China are best priced at 1000/1 and Costa Rica 400/1. These are 2 of the worst teams in the WC.

I know the China coach (Milutinovic) used to coach Costa Rica so he may well have some insider knowledge for his game plan. For a country with the population of 1.5 billion, it's amazing China can't find a couple of half decent players. I really don't think this is a game worth touching. Costa Rica did ok in Italia'90 but that was 12 yrs ago and I haven't seen or heard anything to instill any confidence in me since. They should win but I really think there are far better opportunities elsewhere.

I think draw may be a good wager. A better wager may be that Costa Rica shuts out China. Bora always plays a maddeningly defensive style and this China side has little firepower.

What about the crowd?? China is near Japan and Korea, and they have a lot of people in the world (obviusly), while Costa Rica is not a rich country to cross the Pacific and see the WC alive, waht do you think???


Costa Rica history is old, just see the coach was player at 1990, hehe .


Bora like defense and fast break. Costa Rica likes to have the ball and the open spaces, no team plays defense like Bora in Concacaf, no Mexico, no U.S., no Jamaica, nobody plays that defense, maybe a good factor to create some desperation on Costa Rica.

Quick note: I remember that team of 1990 of Costa Rica, the heroe and key player was the goalkeeper, hehehe, that is not a good sign for a team where the goalkeeper keep safe the arc all the game!

no play for me, when two bad teams plays I usually take the home team, maybe in this case the more near to be a home team is China, later!
