Good Morning Jack
Had heard about it as supplement but as with most little proof on benefits. Pretty good read on it from Mayo Clinic--

i'm going to start taking it, WTF
it's good for the heart and i have family history of heart problems. and, it's supposed to give you more energy and i'm always tired. it can't hurt.
the best price i found is here.

i'm gonna take 100mg a day and see what happens.
thanks
i eat very little red meat, only hamburgers which i'll never be able to stay away from. an occasional steak.
burgers are my favorite food :SIB
can`t you buy this at the drugstore?
probably. i get almost everything online. usually cheaper but main reason is convenience :SIB
Your local drugstore will probably deliver. I don't think there is a charge for it (or at least there wasn't when I worked for the pharmacy in high school).

i would never ask them to deliver. i'd feel like i took a spot from someone who really needs it.
thanks, i'll keep an eye out.Jack...
