what do you know about 'Co-Enzyme Q10'

thanks wayne. maybe my question should have been. does anybody take this and what have been the results?
i saw this being hyped on a few sites and thought somebody here might have first hand knowledge.
My mom takes it everyday, and has for years. But then again, she also takes about 200 other vitamins so there's no way to know if she's getting anything directly from it. :mj07:

i don`t eat red meat anymore....and i do take crestor and exercise an awful lot........so,maybe i`ll look into this....

it's good for the heart and i have family history of heart problems. and, it's supposed to give you more energy and i'm always tired. it can't hurt.

burgers are my favorite food :SIB

used to be mine,too.....now i eat soy tacos.....
looks like i`ll be adding q10 to the aspirin and the fish oil....
it sucks getting older...
can`t you buy this at the drugstore?....pretty sure you can...

Your local drugstore will probably deliver. I don't think there is a charge for it (or at least there wasn't when I worked for the pharmacy in high school).

i would never ask them to deliver. i'd feel like i took a spot from someone who really needs it.

i just bought 130 count 100mg at sams for 20 bucks. seemed like a good deal.
My wife takes it. She has a history of high cholestrerol to the point where they were going to do blood washing every 2 weeks! That along with other meds and no red meat has brought it to tolerable levels.

no, they have 150, 200, 300mg and smaller doses too.
at least that's what i saw today. i never heard of it before this morning.

The bottle does say to consult with your health care provider before taking!:scared
