What does your Madjacks name mean.

I was looking at the various names people go by and was wondering if there is any reason or what reason you might have chosen that name. Not sure this will be a thread of interest, but I'll start it.

Will probably sound pretty arrogant, but the name came about while drinking beer after a softball game. I am an avid softball player and usually hit the ball with some authority. Had some smack going with a buddy of mine and somewhere Captain Crunch came into the conversation and it stuck. I know it sounds cocky, but that is not me, just some barley pops doing the work.

The name Cartman obviously comes from my favourite TV show South Park.

But how did I get Cartman88 ??

The first time I joined an on-line forum/contest (can't even remember which site it was at) I found Cartman to be a very popular name.

Cartman1 was already taken ....
Cartman2 was already taken ....
Cartman3 was already taken ....

I finally got lucky with Cartman88 and decided to stick with it so I didn't have to remember multiple names.

What a boring story !!

My father had a thing for nicknames.I played baseball into college.I was a shortstop for the most part,and later played 2nd base.Anyway,as a SS i had good hands playing the infield, so he started calling me Hooks a long time ago. :brows:

...went in to my first ISP and signed up. They asked for a password name....I said dog...taken....cat....taken....yada yada....I finally said pick one out for me. They went to the randomly assigned words from their computer and I became Auspice.

Kind of wish I'd taken a good gambling name like Stagger Lee (from the song). But....
