The same people that put hienz 57 all over their steak because they don't know how to cook properly. That's what I think when I see stupid shit on a burger...

Pickles or onions
I do raw onion every once in awhile. Pickles about half the time. Usually mustard and ketchup or lettuce tomato mayonnaise.

Cookout tomorrow with smash burgers on the outdoor propane griddle. That’s my favorite way to make them.

That is NOT a cheeseburger. What IS a cheeseburger is 80/20 Angus beef 3/4 " and cooked medium rare, Boars Head white American cheese, a little Sir Kensington ketchup, yellow mustard, Dukes mayo, raw white onion, sometimes pickles. Add Ore-Ida tater tots as a side and enjoy watching a game in your favorite chair.

That works for me too. Yesterday we had Oklahoma onion smash burgers on the Gladstone. That works :smilies20
